Ashfort
Studios and apartments in Lekki, crowned by a rooftop infinity pool. Our flagship, delivered — and the building that taught us how a home should be run after handover.
We built Ashfort first, so we made our mistakes here and fixed them here. The rooftop is the reason people stay: around six the pool turns gold and the Lekki skyline does the rest. Residents live on the lower floors; the two nooks sit on the third, sharing the lobby, the security desk and the people who have run the building since day one.

Whitestone
Fifteen two-bedroom apartments on a quiet Lekki street, built and occupied. Stone, light, and a pool that stays empty on weekday afternoons.
Whitestone is the quieter of the two: a stone-clad block on a street that goes nowhere in particular, which is exactly the point. The afternoon light is the thing here — it comes across the courtyard and into the kitchens around four. Fifteen families live here; the two nooks share their pool, their gym and their gate.
