04Arrival
Let yourself in
From 3pm. Security knows your name. The code opens the door. If you added a pickup, the chauffeur is at arrivals with your name on a card.
05During the stay
Ask for anything
The building team is already on site — the same people who run it for residents. WhatsApp them at any hour; the usual reply is minutes.

06Checkout
Leave by 11am
Leave the code, keep the towels folded if you like. Housekeeping takes it from there. A quick note asking how it was follows a day later.
Quick answers
- What if my flight lands at 2am?
- Self check-in works at any hour. Tell us the flight number and we'll have the code and the gate ready.
- Can I check in early or leave late?
- On request — we confirm the night before, depending on the guest before or after you.
- Is there a deposit?
- No. The stay is paid in full at booking and that's the end of it. If something breaks, we talk about it like adults — there's no hold on your card.
- What about power and water?
- 24/7. Inverter and generator behind the grid, run by the building team. Water is on the building's own supply.
