Card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. You pay the full amount at booking; nothing is charged before you confirm, and your dates are held for 15 minutes while you pay.
Is the price the whole price?
Yes — nights, cleaning and 7.5% VAT are in the total before you enter a name. Extras like airport pickup are shown separately and added only if you choose them.
Is there a minimum stay?
Not usually. One night is fine. Over busy weeks a nook may ask for two or three nights; the calendar tells you before you pick.
Is there a deposit?
No. The stay is paid in full and that's the end of it. There's no hold on your card.
Do I need an account?
No. Your confirmation email carries a link that opens your booking — that link is the key.

My dates hit a night that's taken. What now?
The calendar offers the closest things it can — the same dates in another nook, or a stay with one move to another nook on the night in question. The buildings are three minutes apart; we drive you and your bags, and the new door code arrives on WhatsApp. One booking, one payment, one cleaning fee.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, subject to availability. Use the link in your email or message the team; any difference in price is charged or refunded.
Can I add a pickup or a chauffeur later?
Yes — from your booking page, or by messaging the team. Same prices as at booking.
Arriving & the door code
When do I get the code?
The day before check-in, by WhatsApp and email, with the gate directions, where to park, and the house notes.
What if I land at 2am?
Self check-in works at any hour. Tell us the flight number and security will expect you. Add airport pickup and a chauffeur meets you at arrivals.
Can I check in early or leave late?
On request — we confirm the night before, depending on the guest before or after you.
During your stay
Who do I contact?
The building team on WhatsApp — the same people who run it for residents, on site, any hour. Typical reply: minutes.
Is housekeeping included?
Twice a week on stays of seven nights or more. Extra cleans at a fee, on request.
What about power and water?
24/7. Inverter and generator behind the grid, run by the building team. Water is on the building's own supply.
House rules
The rules
No parties or events. No smoking indoors. A valid ID at check-in. Guests as booked, no more. Quiet after 10pm out of respect for residents. Pets by arrangement.
Cancellation & changes
Cancelling
Free until 7 days before check-in — full refund to your card within 5–10 days. Inside 7 days, the first night is kept and the rest refunded. Inside 48 hours of check-in, the stay is non-refundable.

Subject to availability; any price difference is charged or refunded. Use the link in your email or message the team.
Extras
Airport pickup and chauffeur
A chauffeur meets you at arrivals, or drives you for the days you choose. You pick the car — BYD Tang, Toyota Prado or Lexus LX 570 — and the price shows before you confirm. Fuel included.
